Here's What You'll Be Doing: You'll be our go-to person for keeping things running smoothly on the ground. That means pitching in with various tasks, from loading and unloading gear to keeping our equipment in shape. You'll drive our water and service trucks, help set up job sites, and ensure everything stays clean and organized. It's real hands-on work that keeps you on your toes.
What We're Looking For: You don't need years of experience, but a construction background would help. Safety is our top priority here, so being mindful of that is key. We want you to feel reassured about the work environment. Plus, being able to communicate well with your teammates is essential. A valid California driver's license is a must – Class A would be great, but it's not a deal-breaker if you have a regular one.
So that You Know: This job is very physical. You'll be on your feet, lifting heavy stuff, and moving around all day.
