Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train retail staff, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Assist in budgeting and payroll management
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with POS Systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. (REQUIRED)
