ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ASSOCIATES

Experts of customer service, who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring the product is displayed, explained and quoted fully and correctly. The Customer Associate is the backbone of our company and is the first contact customers have and responsible for creating a smooth process.

• Knowledge of customer service fundamentals and experience supporting a team of associates
• Experience in business fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on all goals

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes

We are an awesome place to work and care about our personnel, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:

• Accurately handle payment options and correctly fill out paperwork
• Lift up to 15lbs at a time
• Quote prices and terms to customers.
• Attend training meetings
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
