Job Description : As a Sales Representative at Weed Man, you will be responsible for conducting a high level of inbound and outbound sales calls throughout your shift to promote Weed Man's lawn care services to potential customers.

This is an in-house position with no cold calling required.

Sales representatives receive a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 plus 5% uncapped commission, allowing you to earn between $700.

00 and $1,200.00 per week based on performance.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls throughout your shift to reach potential customers.
• Represent Weed Man with honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and processes.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment.
• Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday, daily, with weekend availability required during peak season.
