    The Staffing Specialist is a consultative IT staffing sales professional who has an extensive background in all aspects of placing IT contract professionals. Reporting to the Director of Staffing Services and working with Mainline Account Executives to provide IT staffing solutions to existing clients and business development for new client acquisition for the West region. This individual should have the skills to determine key client requirements, build credibility and recommend the appropriate staffing resource/solutions. The Mainline Staffing Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving IT Staffing Services revenue in designated accounts and meeting established quotas. Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.


    Responsibilities

    • Use proven business development and/or technical background to develop and grow client base in the West region by marketing Mainline services.
    • Conduct meetings with key Mainline Account Executives, for the purpose of promoting Mainline Staffing Services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
    • Responsible for solidifying regional presence through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
    • Interview and select well-matched candidates to fulfill clients IT resource requirements.
    • Maintain on-going contact with clients and contract professionals.
    • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5 years business-to-business development experience is preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling IT Staffing Services, RPO, Executive Search, Permanent Placement, or related Talent Acquisition business development.
    • Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
    • Experienced in interviewing and qualifying IT contract professionals.
    • Deliver presentations and market to C and VP levels.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
    • Proven track record in account development and successful in working in a collaborative sales environment
    • Ability to travel. Various means of travel will be required, including air travel.
