Drug Safety/Medical Information Specialist is responsible for collecting, monitoring, processing, and distributing adverse event reports and information queries for investigational and marketed products. Reviews safety and medical information for the assigned products, including safety components of protocols and studies for assigned drugs. Being a Drug Safety/Medical Information Specialist may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Duties & Responsibilities
● Strong communication skills, professional and well-mannered to serve in luxury markets; treat high net worth customers with the utmost respect and with a desire to exceed their expectations
● Good verbal and written English language skills, engineering and analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to read drawings and blueprints, follow installation instructions, troubleshoot problems using guides and knowledge base
● Candidates interested in construction, electrical or other home services or other installations services are preferred.
● Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security is crucial
● Take pride in caring for company assets, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean warehouse and work area
● Must adhere to state and federal laws as well as abide by traffic laws while using company vehicle and/or on company business Qualifications: • Interested in working with technology product installations • Handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., hard labor and demanding conditions • Excited to work full time and extra time (with overtime pay) • Basic program management skills, self-accountability and responsibility to meet expectations and deliver tasks on time • Mature, responsible, motivated, organized, tidy and respectful team player committed to doing high quality work
Additional Requirements:
● Flexible to meet our customer needs at times outside of normal working hours
● Comfortable working on your feet the majority of the day
● Solid hand tool/power tool proficiency
● Must be comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders up to 20 foot high as well as comfortable in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
● May require standing or stooping for extended periods
● Given local travel to job sites; a valid driver's license with clean driving record and criminal background is required
● Available to work 7:30am – 4pm, Monday – Friday; noting on call rotation may be required
