We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist, Business Information to join our North America team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

THE JOB

The Marketing Specialist, Business Information will play a key part in developing marketing initiatives and launching campaigns across the United States and Canada. This person will be a strategic thinker with a passion for generating engaging content, acquiring customers, and launching omni-channel marketing campaigns. This individual will report to the North America Marketing Manager and work closely with all layers of Coface, including our Global counterparts.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns, including cross-sell initiatives, current customer communications and upsell programs
• Generate sales pipeline through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing programs, demand generation, regional events/tradeshows, and engaging content
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong understand of our B2B SaaS products, target customer demographics, competitor analysis, and industry segments
• Create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and builds positive brand recognition

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics, and ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
• Experience producing multi-channel marketing plans to drive demand and build sales pipeline
• Confident in coordinating the development of content internally and externally via an agency, some copywriting and content creation abilities preferred

Location: US – REMOTE/CANADA – Eastern Time Zone preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000.00 in our lowest geographic market up to $80,000.00 in our highest market. Base pay is based on multiple factors including market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skill set, and experience.
