We are looking for a Color Specialist to join our team in our Stucco Department. The ideal candidate will have an eye for color and design, and will be responsible for creating color palettes and developing color schemes for our products. The Color Specialist will also be responsible for researching trends in the industry, providing feedback on existing colors. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a creative eye, and the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize color theory and color matching techniques to create color matches/samples.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to create color matches/samples.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in color and design.
• Keep accurate records of color matches for customers.
• Assist the front counter, when needed, with walk-in customers, answering phones, etc.
• Assist in managing inventory of Stucco Products.
• Be able to repeatedly move 5 gal buckets of Stucco (60-70lbs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
