Job Summary

The Experienced Window Installer will play a critical role in our operations, utilizing specialized skills to enhance our project executions. This position requires precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. Your main responsibilities will include performing high-quality window installations and related construction tasks, each meeting our stringent standards for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality window installations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to all safety standards.
• Assist in executing high-quality siding repairs and other related construction tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, applying your expertise to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
• Prepare sites, organize materials, and maintain tools in optimal condition for tasks.
• Adhere to stringent safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in window installation techniques.
• Keep up with industry trends and advancements in window installation and exterior construction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window installations and exterior construction, with a robust portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in modern installation techniques and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to various job sites in and around Cheyenne.
• Must reside in or near Cheyenne, WY for in-person work Monday through Friday.
• Pre-employment drug screening; adherence to a tobacco-free and substance-free workplace.

Salary

$17 - $21 per hour
