Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Drywall Installer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Drywall Installer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall finishing tasks including taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Repair and finish damaged drywall surfaces
- Install corner beads and tape joints
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and smooth finishes
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Install drywall
- lift, carry up to 80lbs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role
