We are looking for a skilled Drywall Finisher/Taper to join our team!

Position Details:

• Complete drywall and sanding projects
  • Typically, smaller residential remodel projects under 50 sheets
  • Custom drywall details and specialty features on larger custom projects
  • Blend and match a variety of specialty and/or custom hand textures
• Service work
  • Patch and repair work during the construction process
  • One-year warranty walk-throughs
• Project Close-outs
  • Ensures quality meets company standards
  • Light check and touch-ups after prime
  • Complete final punch lists

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional drywall work experience in new residential and remodeling
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete all phases of taping and sanding processes independently and to a high-quality standard
• Ability to efficiently use hand and mechanical tools, power sanders and other drywall tools and equipment
• Ability to perform efficiently on stilts, ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to work quickly and effectively
• Ability to physically move at a fast pace, up and down stairs, bending and lifting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
