Overview:
Homeway Commercial is seeking applications for experienced Framers. Build wood framed modular buildings. Perform tasks involving physical labor for construction of modular units. May operate hand and power tools of all types, mechanical hoists, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
Responsibilities & Learned Skills Include:
Positions drywall to fasten to wall

Fastens drywall to walls or ceilings with screws and adhesive.

Performs assembly work of a highly repetitive nature.

Ability to operate and control hand tools (tape measure, hammer, screwdrivers, utility knife, etc.) and pneumatic tools and equipment (nail guns, screw guns, sprayers etc.)

Use the company app to complete checklists, timekeeping and other work-related paperwork.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Ability to work overtime.

Ability to read production blueprints per department correctly.

Proficient knowledge in commercial/residential construction and other structures.

Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to doing quality work while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures..

Must be able to lift and carry 50Ibs
