Overview: We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks in accordance with project specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in mold remediation, drywall installation, blueprint reading, airless paint spraying, stucco application, door hanging, trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, and construction estimating. Responsibilities: - Install and repair various components and systems according to project specifications - Perform mold remediation tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment - Install drywall and apply finishing techniques for a smooth surface - Read and interpret blueprints to accurately complete installation projects - Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to achieve high-quality finishes - Apply stucco to surfaces for aesthetic appeal and durability - Hang doors and install hardware for proper functionality - Perform trim carpentry work to enhance the appearance of installed components - Lay tiles in a precise manner to create visually appealing surfaces - Conduct plumbing tasks as required for installation projects - Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate material and labor estimates Requirements: - Proven experience as an Installer or similar role - Proficiency in mold remediation techniques and equipment - Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing methods - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Experience with airless paint spraying equipment and techniques - Familiarity with stucco application processes - Skill in door hanging and hardware installation - Proficiency in trim carpentry techniques for precise installations - Knowledge of tile laying methods for various surfaces - Basic plumbing skills for installation projects - Ability to estimate materials and labor accurately for construction projects We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day
