Drywall Installer jobs in Pomona, CA

A well-established painting and drywall company is looking for team member with a positive attitude, good communicative, great computer skills and over 5 years of experience to fill in a full-time position of Accounts Payable.

Duties:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments

- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues

- Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed

- Process State and Federal taxes in a timely matter

- Communicate with subcontractors

- Print vendor’s checks and prepare them for signatures

- follow up on company vehicles repairs and insurance

Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related role

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
