Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of installation tasks in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various construction and remodeling skills. If you have a strong background in mold remediation, drywall, blueprint reading, airless paint spraying, stucco, door hanging, trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, and construction estimating, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform installation tasks in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct mold remediation activities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Install drywall and perform finishing work to achieve a smooth surface
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient and high-quality paint application
- Apply stucco to exterior surfaces for a durable and attractive finish
- Hang doors and ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Perform trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of installed components
- Lay tiles with precision to create visually appealing surfaces
- Conduct plumbing tasks as needed for installation projects
- Assist with construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in mold remediation, drywall installation, blueprint reading, airless paint spraying, stucco application, door hanging, trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, and construction estimating
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow installation instructions accurately
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to the installation tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during installations
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
