Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced (5 years) Specialties - Division 10 Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Division 10 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee Division 10 projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Uphold quality assurance and safety standards on all projects.

- Problem-solve and provide innovative solutions in challenging situations.

-Respond to client requests rapidly

Qualifications:

- 5 Years of Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, Division 10- specialties experience is a PLUS.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

Pay: $92,493.00 - $150,000.00 per year
