Being a Drywall Installer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Drywall Installer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Drywall Helper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with hanging, taping and mudding drywall
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks accordingly
- Help with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or restoration industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall hanging, taping, and texture helpful but will train the right person
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
