Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an E-Business Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate impactful learning experiences.

     

    This position plans, develops, and directs training, professional development, and mentorship/coaching programs designed to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization.

     

    Training Needs Analysis

      • Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual training needs.
      • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific skill gaps and development opportunities.

    Program Design and Development

      • Design and develop innovative, scalable, and effective learning programs that address identified needs.
      • Develop and cultivate a training culture that reflects the value of safety, ethics, sharing of expertise, customer service, continuous improvement, encouragement of professional development, and cultural awareness.
      • Create a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and multimedia content.
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
      • Ensure that the training curriculum integrates sound operating practices and meets or exceeds industry best practices for professional education.

    Implementation and Facilitation

      • Execute training programs, both virtually and in-person, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learning styles and geographic footprint.
      • Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions that promote knowledge retention and skill application.
      • Evaluate, implement, and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance learning initiatives.

    Performance Evaluation

      • Conduct post-training assessments and analyze feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
      • Ensure alignment with Talent strategies and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure effectiveness of programs.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

      • Partner with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align L&D strategy with business objectives.
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
      • Work as a liaison between new employees, supervisors, and management to ensure the new employee has tools, training, and understanding to be successful within BigIron
