E-Business Development Manager maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development. Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an E-Business Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Participate in developing and maintaining functional relationships with business sectors such as the A&D community, construction contractors and commercial real estate development to elevate SBI as a preferred business partner and valued resource for workplace environment concepts and information.
    • Actively engage and participate in business events, functions, organizations within the community necessary to promote SBI and generate business opportunities for the short and long-term future.
    • Participate in development and execution of strategies to expand our market share in the Omaha metropolitan area.  
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Desire to participate in networking opportunities
    • Creative and professional presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to research and relate observations into successful business opportunities.
    • Ability to produce work in a detailed and accurate manner.
    • Well-developed written, oral and presentation skills.
    • Intermediate-level computer skills. AutoCAD and/or other design programs preferred. (SketchUp, Revit, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs.)
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
