E-Business Development Manager maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development. Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an E-Business Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Primary Responsibilities:

    • Achieve revenue and sale objectives identified for the wholesale, retail and online accounts assigned.
    • Establish contractual agreements with distributors, retailers and wholesalers for E-filliate, Inc. products that have been approved by management.
    • Develop new business, as well as maintaining and driving sales with accounts to achieve efficient and profitable sales of the company’s products to targeted levels.
    • Create plans, analyze data, and suggest changes that drive profitability, sales/conversions, usability and operational efficiencies for accounts.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred.
    • · Experience with large home improvement retail sales at a buyes level is a huge plus.
    • · Experience working tradeshows is preferred.
    • Based in our office but has the ability to travel, domestically and internationally.
    • · Focus on European and International customers and experience in International sales.
    • Focused, dedicated and okay with getting on calls in different time zones as necessary.
    • Effective negotiating and closing skills required.
    • Demonstrated ability to create sales proposals and to acquire new accounts.
    • Excellent planning and forecasting skills along with knowledge of account development strategies.
    • · Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
    • · Fluency in another European language a plus
    • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
    • Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office Suite required.
