Typically reports to a manager. The EAP Coordinator work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Eligibility?

    • Must be a United States citizen.?
    • Must be licensed by a U.S. state or territory as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or the equivalent.
    • Must be independently licensed without supervision.
    • Speak fluent English.?
    • Successfully complete credentialing and contracting process.
    • Complete a background check and fingerprinting.?
    • Complete training requirements?
    • Currently practicing in an outpatient clinical setting
    • Willing to schedule EAP counseling in-person sessions.
