EAP Counselor counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being. Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary. NorthPoint Professiojnal Counseling is a private practice specializing in Marriage, Sexual Addiction Recovery, and Betrayal Partner Trauma Recovery. Applicant must possess high standards of excellence, demonstrating exceptional relational skills along with a strong desire to work with these populations. Applicant must be willing to become a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT). Preference will be given to candidates who desire to become a CSAT and a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS). Additionally, NorthPoint is seeking applicants who desire to become trained in at least one of the following advanced specialties: Gottman, EMDR, Somatic Processing, Imago, IFS, or EFT.
NorthPoint provides all client referrals. This position is for in-person, however, some clients may prefer Telehalth sessions. (Novi, MI).
Applicants must hold a valid Michigan Mental Health License either as an LPC, LLPC, MFT, LMFT, LLP, or MSW.

Applicant must be desiring a caseload of at least 25 or more client hours per week. Applicant determines weekly session hours. (Flexible hours). NorthPoint's administrative team provides support for all clinicians, providing: client scheduling, Superbills, and processing of client payments - no need to wait for insurance payments!
The applicant starts as a 1099 employee (paid per diem) and after 90 days, a full-time employee position (W-2) (paid per diem) may be offered. (Note: W2 employee status eligible for full benefits only).
