EAP Counselor counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being. Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary. Being an EAP Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. To be an EAP Counselor typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Currently most practitioners provide services in a Hybrid model either onsite in-person or via telehealth or at an approved home office setting via telehealth.

    We would love to meet Masters Oregon based mental health clinicians who feel like they align with our practice and who desire work in the Eugene Oregon or Bend Oregon area. Candidates who desire to work fully remote from an approved home office in the state of Oregon in other cities will be considered.

    • At least 1 year of mental health treatment experience that includes considerable time spent directly counseling individuals.

    Some Responsibilities Include:

    • Work to improve the behavioral health, well-being, and quality of life of individuals served.
    • Maintain clinician licensing/certification & liability insurance.
    • Make copies, send faxes, and occasionally assist a client in completing forms
    • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, records management, and other administrative or clinical responsibilities related to supporting your caseload
    • Respond in a timely manner to team communications and requests
    • Must be able to pass criminal background & substance checks.

    Schedule, Benefit, & Pay Information

    • You will have flexibility regarding your schedule creation.
    • Evening & Weekends hours are optional.
    • 3/4 time Employees have access to a quality medical, dental, & vision insurance plan, 401K with matching, Life & Disability Insurance, and Miscellaneous Reimbursements.
    • Salary is dependent upon degree, experience, & specialty training. Full-Time Wage ranges from 72,000-130,000 per year.
