DescriptionWe are seeking a School Counselor to join our dynamic High School team and work in collaboration with staff, students, families, and community stakeholders to promote student success, provide preventative services and work with students who have identified needs. This individual will also use the Wisconsin Comprehensive School Counseling Model and the American school Counselor Association National Model to support student services for students in grades 9-12. • Master’s degree in School Counseling. • Certification through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction as a School Counselor. • Experience with crisis plans and crisis teamwork helpful. Compensation & Benefits: Aligned to the Professional Staff Compensation Model.
