EAP Counselor counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being. Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary.     - Provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
    - Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
    - Develop and implement treatment goals and interventions
    - Utilize evidence-based practices in counseling sessions
    - Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
    - Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
    - Provide crisis intervention as needed

    Requirements:
    - Master's degree in Counseling or related field
    - Eligible for Medicaid reimbursement
    - Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral health issues
    - Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Skills:
    - Data collection and analysis for treatment planning
    - Patient assessment and evaluation skills
    - Knowledge of behavioral health theories and interventions
    - Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques and modalities
    - Familiarity with medical record documentation standards
    - Crisis intervention skills for handling emergency situations
    - Understanding of Christian counseling principles (if applicable)
