PROGRAM COORDINATOR (EAP)

The Program Coordinator for the Employee Assistance Program is responsible for coordinating communication and contracts with their contract organizations. The Program Coordinator will manage, produce organizational contracts, track and process annual contract renewals and will oversee contract data entry for EAP, PCN & DSS.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $58,458.40 a year, PLUS FULL BENEFITS!
CCOSU offers the possibility of a hybrid remote schedule that is contingent upon inclement weather.
MUST HAVES
Education and Experience>
· HS Diploma 5 Years experience in Human Services, Customer Service, Office Administration or similar field -- OR
· Associate degree with 2 years of experience in Human Services.

SOME of the Essential Duties:
1. Liaison to contract organizations.
2. Prepares agreement for new contracts and assists with contract implementation.
3. Prepares and distributes biannual utilization reports for all contracts.
4. Monitors and tracks contract utilization rates, reports trends and monitors activities.
5. Distributes promotional materials to contract companies as needed.
6. Provides information on EAP workshops and trainings and distributes details to contract organizations.
7. Tracks and schedules training with contract organizations in conjunction with Director of Special Initiatives.
8. Processes invoices and billing on a scheduled basis for all contract organizations.
9. Processes and forwards check, cash, and income receipts when deposited to CCOSU fiscal department.
10. Prepares income specific spreadsheets as requested.
11. Tracks and processes budget during the fiscal year and prepares CAFs for approval.
12. Completes PCN monthly invoice/spreadsheet; to include open and referred cases; identify and correct entry errors; include groups (added manually); completes check-off process in Premier of all services billed the previous month to avoid duplication.
13. Conducts outreach to pastors and parishes to increase referrals.
14. Attends meetings as needed.
