Responsibilities:
Employee Management: Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process by screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in onboarding.
Office Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office tasks.
Represent the Company: Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior office experience and a background in Managing large teams.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with email tools.

Education: High school diploma required; BA preferred. BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
