Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and the implementation of system changes. Being an EDP Auditor provides management with results of audits on applications, systems and programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EDP Auditor typically reports to a manager. The Bell Tower Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor/Front desk agent to be part of our amazing hotel team. The hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests at the front desk
- Answering phones
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking reservations
- Reconciling the days paperwork
- Run proper reports and be able to fix any discrepancies.
- ensuring the daily accounting balances
- Valet parking
- Run a night audit in the computer.
- Fill out an inn report correctly.
Previous Hotel Front Desk experience preferred but not required
The shift is from 11pm to 7am - Sunday through Thursday
Candidates also must be available to work holidays.
