EDP Auditor evaluates data processing systems and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and the implementation of system changes. Being an EDP Auditor provides management with results of audits on applications, systems and programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EDP Auditor typically reports to a manager. The EDP Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Summary:
Working under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor/Team Leader, performs various product and process audits of production and assembly operations. Works with Quality Manager, Quality Engineers, and Production Associates and others to maintain quality and conformance on all parts. Follows established procedures for processing nonconforming products and/or materials. Must be able to manage stress, make informed decisions and while working in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or GED. Experience as a Quality Auditor in an automotive manufacturing is a plus.
