EDP Auditor evaluates data processing systems and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and the implementation of system changes. Being an EDP Auditor provides management with results of audits on applications, systems and programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EDP Auditor typically reports to a manager. The EDP Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. General Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
1. Responsible for visually inspecting outgoing warehouse products to determine acceptability for shipment.2. Reads labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents. Counts and calculates quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment.3. Must be able to consistently meet company safety, accuracy and productivity standards. Steps into the driving position to operate a forklift or pallet jack in an accident-free manner.4. Audits outgoing product count to ensure order is complete and accounted for in the system.5. Identifies damaged items in warehouse and documents outbound audit outcome.
6. Communicates all problems and concerns with built orders to lead or supervisor7. Audits orders for accuracy and integrity and ensures that the customer receives accurate ordered cases and quantities.8. Maintains clean work area consistent with company standards.9. Completes any other functions that may be assigned.

Qualifications Required of this Position:
Licensed forklift operator with a minimum of six months of safe operation of material handling equipment. Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Possess reading and basic math skills. Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting, while carrying 50-pound objects.
