Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel. Responsibilities: - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy - Verify and balance daily guest accounts and charges - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information to guests - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations Experience: - Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred - Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable As a Night Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our guests.
