Job Overview:
Must have minimum 1 year recent hotel fornt desk experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a critical role that requires excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities during the shift
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Experience:
