Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and the implementation of system changes. Being an EDP Auditor provides management with results of audits on applications, systems and programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, EDP Auditor typically reports to a manager.   • Job Overview:
    Must have minimum 1 year recent hotel fornt desk experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a critical role that requires excellent guest relations and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:
    - Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
    - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
    - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
    - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
    - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities during the shift
    - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
    - Follow all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

    - fold laundry and clean the area.

    - Prepare breakfast in morning and monitor the breakfast room.

    Experience:
    - Previous 1 year recent experience in hotel front or night audit is preferred
    - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
    - Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
    - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
    - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
