EDP Auditor, Sr. jobs in Charleston, SC

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Type: Full-Time (Sunday - Thursday) 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
• Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late-night hours
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Perform security checks throughout the hotel premises
• Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using computer software and hotel management systems
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
