THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The role of the Auditor is to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, applications, and processes in accordance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.  This role is responsible for supporting the Internal Audit Plan which includes SOX and potential assurance or advisory engagements designed to improve the Company’s risk management, internal controls, and governance processes in addition to adding value to the organization.

The role supports Internal Audit in addressing the risk relative to the goals, performance objectives, and impact of technology, operational, financial, regulatory, and managerial functions in conformance with Company policy and procedures or sound business practices where no policies exist.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Performing SOX, operational and compliance test procedures
• Preparing supporting documentation to support conclusions in accordance with internal audit standards
• Managing and prioritize assignments including all audits and project involvement
• Collaborating with other Internal Audit team members
• Supporting risk advisory activities across the technology and business environment
• Independently coordinate and collaborate with other team members in the organization

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Must be a self starter and be able to execute against goals
• Flexibility in daily tasks and assignments assigned
• Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx (a plus)
• Professional work experience minimum required –
  • Public accounting - External or Risk/Advisory
  • 2 years
• Professional work experience required -
  • Combination of public accounting (External or Risk/Advisory) and industry
  • 2 – 3 years
• SOX audit experience
• Knowledge of COSO & Internal Control Frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree with Accounting major
• CPA achieved or certification is in progress
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Independently work with other team members in the organization
