This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
