Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with managing reservations and room assignments
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Front desk experience in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
