Grade 19, AFSCME Unit position, 37.5 hours/week

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
SALARY: $2,242.56 biweekly, ($58,306.56 per year) with fringe benefits. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Technical Liaison assists students in understanding and completing the college entry immunization requirements, transcript and diploma disbursement, and transfer credit services. This position serves as the primary point of contact with vendors for student immunization reporting, transcript and diploma disbursement, and transfer credit articulation. They assist in the maintenance of student files and complete data entry and monitor records in an integrated Student Database system. The Technical Liaison interacts with students, the public, and College faculty and staff.
The Technical Liaison is tasked with the daily management and integrity of the electronic administrative systems in the Office of the Registrar. They provide secondary customer service on behalf of the Office of the Registrar including but not limited to customer service including in-person transactions, phone inquiries, email inquiries, and on-campus events. They are expected to process and analyze student record information with specific responsibilities of ensuring that data collection and integrity is met.
