Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. Your primary duties will include performing night audit procedures, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist with guest requests, such as room service orders or additional amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
