What does a Revenue Auditor do?

• Ability to consistently and accurately verify: receipts and other source documents to the computer database and/or point of sale system, signatures, time stamps and other attributes as required.
• Must be able to accurately and efficiently verify that all calculations are correct. Demonstrates the ability to research large variances.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter new data and corrects existing errors in the spreadsheets. Thoroughly investigate any variances encountered.

Accounting Scholarship Details:

• Participants must be full-time employees in the Finance Department at the time of scholarship application.
• Scholarships will be awarded on a semester by semester basis.
• Solid employee performance rating prior to and during school enrollment.
• Courses must be from a college or university with an accredited accounting program.
• Employee has not earned below a “C” (2.0) cumulative grade point average in prior college-level courses.
• Employee must maintain a “B” (3.0) cumulative grade point average for courses paid for by Oneida Nation Enterprises in order to be eligible for scholarships for future semesters.
• Oneida Nation Enterprises will provide a financial benefit to the employee for up to six credit hours per semester at the current SUNY tuition rate.

To be successful as a Revenue Auditor, you'll need:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting preferred).
• Four years of experience in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and above average computer skills.
