EEO Manager manages the administration of programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Designs and implements procedures to ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a EEO Manager oversees initiatives to foster knowledge and adoption of diversity and inclusion topics and best practices, and to ensure the organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Uses statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. Additionally, EEO Manager may be responsible for managing diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The EEO Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a EEO Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Manager. The Case Manager will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our clinic, responsible for hiring, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our clients.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new staff members.
    • Coordinate schedules for therapists and clients, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and coordination of care.
    • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, addressing questions, concerns, and resource needs as appropriate.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in case management, healthcare administration, or a related role is desirable.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
