EEO Manager manages the administration of programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Designs and implements procedures to ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a EEO Manager oversees initiatives to foster knowledge and adoption of diversity and inclusion topics and best practices, and to ensure the organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Uses statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. Additionally, EEO Manager may be responsible for managing diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The EEO Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a EEO Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. As an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. You will assist the General Manager with daily operating procedures, such as maintaining cafe operations, ensuring product quality, maximizing financial contributions, and supervising the development of the Shift Supervisors and hourly cafe team members.

Hourly Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $19.00 per hour - $28.34 per hour ; Plus Monthly Profit
Additional Benefits: You will begin accruing vacation time upon hire at a rate of 3.4615 hours per pay period, capped at 90 hours of vacation per year. This job is also eligible for profit share bonuses.
Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-pace environment for up to ten (10) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
