EEO Manager manages the administration of programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Designs and implements procedures to ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a EEO Manager oversees initiatives to foster knowledge and adoption of diversity and inclusion topics and best practices, and to ensure the organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Uses statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. Additionally, EEO Manager may be responsible for managing diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The EEO Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Overseeing the restaurants daily operations
Maintain all financial controls on a daily basis
Create and manage staff schedules
Interview, hire, and train staff
Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
Execute health and safety inspections and insure that high health and safety standards are met

Requirements (include, but not limited to):
HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
Minimum of at least 1 year of management experience (preferably in a high volume Fast Food and / or Quick Casual concept)
Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid Driver’s License in good standing & access to private transportation
Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening
Demonstrates ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
