```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, food preparation, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
