About Us:

Join our dynamic team at The Institute Of Integrative Health Specialist And Holistic Wellness Center, where we prioritize holistic well-being not just for our patients but for our staff as well. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT to contribute to our 17-person strong team.

Location: 2950 S. Gessner Rd. Ste 208, Houston, TX

Position Type: Part -Time

Hours: Up to 20 hours/week incl. Saturdays. Possibility of increased hours as the office expands.

Responsibilities:

*Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere *Address patient inquiries and provide assistance *Manage phone calls and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence *Welcome and direct visitors *Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars *Create and organize documents, presentations, and marketing materials *Maintain a structured filing system *Conduct internet research as needed *Place orders for office supplies *Input data into reports *Execute email and postal mail campaigns *Ensure a tidy work environment *Respond professionally to complaints

Qualifications:

*Friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations *Demonstrated responsibility and ability to meet scheduling commitments *Quick problem-solving skills for addressing customer concerns *Excellent communication skills *High-level receptionist experience *Exceptional attention to detail *Proficient in computer technology (Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing) *Strong time-management skills, multitasking, and prioritization

Education:

*Associate in Business Management or related field *Bachelor's degree preferred

Our office is growing, and with growth comes change. We value team players who can adapt quickly to new challenges and take on leadership responsibilities when needed. The initial hours are up to 22 per week, but as our office expands, there may be opportunities for increased hours in the future.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
