Being a EEO Specialist fosters knowledge and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and best practices. Ensures organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Additionally, EEO Specialist compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. May be responsible for delivering diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Responsibilities:- Merchandise products
- Build strong relationships with co-workers and store managers
- Accurate and on-time project execution
- Daily reporting
- Maintain good attendance
Requirements:- Must have reliable transportation
- 1 year retail experience preferred
- Merchandising experience preferred
- Eagerness to learn and follow direction
- Strong written and oral communication
- Knowledge of plan-o-grams a plus!
- Perform Repetitive Bending, Standing, stooping, and Walking
- Lift up to 50lbs
