Join our Facilities team as an HVAC Specialist, where you will be responsible for servicing our commercial 280,000 square foot office building. Systems you will support include, but are not limited to, an HVAC chiller plant with cooling towers, central station AHU’s, make-up and exhaust fans, fan powered and VAV terminal boxes, and the Siemens Desigo BAS system. In addition, the Facilities team supports a corporate café with walk-ins, reach-ins, kitchen equipment and ice machines, as well as Liebert systems with dry coolers.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring our well-maintained systems and equipment are compliant with safety and regulatory standards and proactively identifying and addressing issues. You will collaborate with the rest of the team on a broad range of general facilities activities at the home office and other office locations.
This position is based in our corporate office in Sarasota, Florida. You will serve an on-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks, and this position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
