EEO Specialist administers programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Ensures compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a EEO Specialist fosters knowledge and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and best practices. Ensures organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Additionally, EEO Specialist compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. May be responsible for delivering diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Echo/Vascular Technician
Position: Requires considerable technical ability, experience and judgement to perform cardiovascular ultrasound and evaluate the quality of data for Cardiologist interpretation. Must have substantial knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular disease, dynamics of blood flow, doppler and color flow imaging techniques. Expected to have a detailed understanding of ultrasound instrumentation, cardiovascular physiology and pathology, hemodynamics and the ability to relate these findings into clinically meaningful data.
Requirements: Education: Proof of Registry in echocardiography with appropriate credentials: RDCS, RCS, RVS, RVT, RDMS, through ARDMS or CCI.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of full time experience in cardiac ultrasound. Must have considerable experience performing routine echoes including colorflow, pulsewave and continuous wave doppler, stress, echo, pharmacologic stress. Vascular experience a must. Also experience using contrast echo agents. Able to perform vascular studies, carotid, arterial, venous, aorta/iliac, renal ultrasound.
License: Registrations or Certifications current American Heart Association CPR certification.
Work Type: Full Time Monday Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm.
