Additionally, EEO Specialist compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. May be responsible for delivering diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
