Position Responsibilities

• Conduct culture and customer service training both for new store locations and on-going training at current locations

• In partnership with the Corporate Leadership team, support recruiting efforts, conduct candidate prescreens, and schedule interviews as needed

• Work with regional management to determine and track hiring needs and communicate those to the HR Manager

• Develop and maintain community partnerships to support sales and recruiting efforts

• Support the rollout of initiatives with clear, timely communication and training as needed

• Schedule and conduct weekly in-person new hire orientations, where applicable

• Work with the Corporate and Site level Leadership to support the timely onboarding process

• As needed, conduct one-on-one or group trainings on various software/systems

• Administrative Support

• Coordinate communication between the Corporate Leadership and newly acquired sites

• Other duties as assigned by the VPFO and Corporate Leadership

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• This role requires impeccable interpersonal communication skills, a positive and infectious energy.

• Minimum of 2 years in administration, operations support, or office management, preferably in a similar regional retail environment

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience for entry level and management retail positions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to follow through on projects/responsibilities

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office

• Proficient with or willing to learn various web-based platforms

• Upon offer, selected candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
