Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Unique opportunity for an experienced professional to create and manage a training program. Previously private facility looking to open it's doors to provide a location for primarily youths to access training and riding instruction. Looking for quality instruction and horse management that could service beginners to advanced children/some adults in the hunter/jumper discipline. Facility is state of the art with indoor, outdoor, heated tack room and office; located in Lewes, Delaware. The goal is to build a program that would support local riders throughout the year, as well as, the development of a summer camp in the summer months. Willingness to take clients to shows a must.
